Constructed in the 1970s as the summer residence of Eleftherios Mouzakis, the esteemed founder of 'Butterfly' threads and a renowned Greek industrialist, this iconic property has welcomed a plethora of distinguished guests, including local and international business leaders and politicians.

Following Eleftherios Mouzakis's passing, his wife, Eleftheria Mouzakis, undertook the stewardship of the estate. She embarked on a meticulous restoration project, expanding the 15 acre plot to include three independent villas and transforming the surrounding gardens into a serene oasis of contemporary landscape design.
